I am using List Effects, and its producing some incredible results, much better than the usual email safelist site.
I encourage people to take Steve up on his offer with 25,000 banner impressions for joining under him. I use his site, Buckets of Banners, as well and its been critical for getting sign-ups in new mailing sites as I become aware of them.
