New Support Ticket System

After a fair bit of confusion as to how to reply to existing support tickets (ie by email) instead of all the replies in one place and on top of that it only showing the support team that last message and not all of them.
We have been busy adding a new support ticket system and this one is much better, You will get an email to see when you have a reply and also you can see the whole convo right in front of you. You are now also able to just type a reply and click submit making backward and forward chat much easier.
