Please Note Sometimes AOL,,,,,, and email users experience problems receiving emails from us. Please use an alternate email address when submitting a ticket or you may not receive our reply notifications.

To ensure that you get updates and important emails from all my sites please whitelist our email addresses.

If you are getting bounce notifications when logging into one of my sites or you are not receiving emails from us then more than likely you will also not receive support replies. Unfortunately we cannot control your email provider or settings so you will need to change your email address used for that program to continue use.

Upgrade Options Unavailable We are making some changes to the sites so you might not be able to upgrade at certain sites for a week or two while we finish off the changes and create new options.
