14 Day Exchange Guarantee



I am a big believer in delivering quality services that people want and need.

Sometimes people realise that a service is not for them and that maybe they bought the wrong service.

For this reason I have created my “14 Day Exchange Guarantee”

As per the terms and conditions of each site that you agree upon by ticking the box when joining all payments for memberships and or advertising is non refundable as it is automatically delivered to your created account.

However for up to 14 days after the purchase of a membership or advertising we do offer the exchange guarantee as a gesture of goodwill. This would be in proportion for any unused advertising that is present at the time of a support person performing the exchange. For example should half the ads have been delivered your exchange would have the value of half the price paid.

Please see detailed Terms & Conditions at each site regarding what is covered but as a general rule all memberships as long as no ads have been used are covered, ad sales that have not been used for example Login blasts that have not started, banner impressions that are unused and unassigned to a banner ad, a membership that has not been used and all included views or sends are still present in account balance. Traffic Club membership and downloadable products and video products are excluded as once a download link or direction to a video page has been delivered the item cannot be returned as unused as it may have been read or watched.

To take advantage of my 14 Day Exchange Guarantee simply submit a support ticket stating which service you have purchased with account username and which service of equal or lesser value you would like to exchange for. We can even transfer the value into reward points so you can pick a variety of services or products at your leisure.

Please Note: All services are self set up and all instructions are on the individual site members areas or individual pages. However if you are unable to set up an ad purchase or access your paid for membership etc then please submit us a ticket. All purchases are non refundable but we will try and guide you through use of the service and if you still are unable to set it up yourself then we offer a service where if need be we will set up any purchases for you to guarantee you get what you pay for.
